At KWK we know that GenZ will be the first generation for whom AI is the norm, not a novelty. All our efforts are focused on helping KWK members become critical consumers and responsible builders of AI while adopting high-agency habits.
HERE'S AN IDEA
Here's An Idea (HAI 👋) is an online show about AI that is for GenZ, created by Genz. KWK is the HAI producer, but each video episode is created by a KWK AI Coach.Â

AI Coaches are KWK community members who are trained on AI technology fundamentals, technical communication, and effective storytelling. Coaches deepen their skills by creating educational and entertaining videos to teach their peers about AI.

MORE AI LITERACY PROGRAMS
Since 2021, KWK has been teaching AI to our youngest members at 13 years old. Starting early creates a healthy foundation that supports a lifelong learning journey with AI. We have entry-level AI programs for 13-18 year olds (Code-a-Bration and Camp) and workforce development and career readiness programs for those aged 18 and over (AI Build Lab and ML Challenges).
CODE-A-BRATION
Explore AI literacy and ML fundamentals in a fast-paced, 2-day workshop.
CAMP
Spend 2-weeks doing a deep dive into AI & ML in a comprehensive, instructor-led program
AI BUILDLAB
Learn and apply agentic coding skills in a 6-week workplace simulation using the same tools used by industry professionals.
ML CHALLENGES
Define a focus area, explore and analyze a related dataset, then train and use a machine learning model.

At KWK, our goal is for our members to become critical consumers and responsible builders of AI. AI literacy is required for them to achieve this.

At KWK, we teach the technical fundamentals of how AI works. We model how to apply judgement when using AI tools. And, we encourage our members to build & invent with AI — not just use existing tools.
